Don't take these stars completely to heart. I'm not looking for any kind of "come back and we'll make it up." I went through the... drive thru. It was backed because of lunch rush. The burger was alright, I asked for no pickles, and there were no pickles.However my drink was mostly ice, and my fries had very little if any seasoning on them. I don't want a remake, I just want tosee improvement. I like Jack's fries when they are seasoned correctly. I also like more drink than ice. Read more
10:12 on 11/12/20022 Drive thru line was out to the street so I came inside. I stood in line for 35 minutes ( no exaggeration).... Finally while I stood there in line I ordered online and jumped ahead of everybody. People that were ahead of me literally stillhadn't had their order taken yet.
