Don't take these stars completely to heart. I'm not looking for any kind of "come back and we'll make it up." I went through the... drive thru. It was backed because of lunch rush. The burger was alright, I asked for no pickles, and there were no pickles.However my drink was mostly ice, and my fries had very little if any seasoning on them. I don't want a remake, I just want tosee improvement. I like Jack's fries when they are seasoned correctly. I also like more drink than ice. Read more
10:12 on 11/12/20022 Drive thru line was out to the street so I came inside. I stood in line for 35 minutes ( no exaggeration).... Finally while I stood there in line I ordered online and jumped ahead of everybody. People that were ahead of me literally stillhadn't had their order taken yet. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. It's 1:30 there is no rush. There are like 4 cars. There are like 6 people in... there. I guess the people here don't care. Not even the General Manger doing nothing. Read more
Went twice this week.. The breakfast staff was awesome.. so much fun and hustling for real.. Then I came back a few days later... at 6:20pm. When I pulled up, I was told that they were taking a 30 minute break and that they were 15 minutes in???? I couldn'tbelieve my ears.. this is prime dinner time and you're telling me that you're on a store break? The whole damnstore? Unacceptable. Read more
I usually love Jack's but every time I go to this location it's disappointing. Last 3 times I've been there, the chicken was... either overcooked to the point it was like jerky or the fries had not a grain of salt or seasonings. Read more
Too much talking and visiting by employees. Drive thru time was way too long this trip. 1 hamburger, pie and medium drink and I... spent over 5 minutes at the window after paying to receive my order. Must be new members on the crew. Read more
