Haven't been back to a BWW in a long time, but I remember eating the best crispy wings when we last ate at one of there... locations. We were really hungry and the waitress had a trainee shadowing her. We ordered a couple of non-alcoholic drinks,their traditional appetizer sampler and they had a bogo offer on any boneless wing purchase. There were so many sauces to choosefrom so knock yourself out. They were alI saucy. I ordered a classic all american cheeseburger with onion rings and my wife hada saucy chicken sandwich with fries. Okay positive first. Tons of options for sauces on your wings and the fried food comes out very crispy. I really liked the tater... tots that we got for an appetizer. I ordered the medium wings going by the heat index scale. In my opinion they were extremelyhot for a medium. When our server came over to check on us I mentioned to her that they were super spicy and she agreed thattheir medium is very hot. I didn't really know what to do about it since she offered no suggestion. So I just kept trying to eatthem. I only ate two out of the 10 that I ordered. The other issue I had that caused me to give a lower star rating is that thecelery I got with my carrots was mushy and slimy on both ends really off putting. Visit regularly. Consistent food quality and good service at the bar. It's not foodie fare but you wouldn't expect that from BWW... but it is always a clean and cheerful spot, with a good range of beers and cocktails, and items such as chicken flats with theAsian Zing or the cauliflower wings or black been SW burger are good. The food was amazing and I appreciate that they understood a food allergy and kept my food separate. Good atmosphere, small... portions, but the wait staff didn't talk to us until we were done with our food and drinks had been empty a while. The worst service I've had at a Buffalo Wild Wings ever!!! Our waitress, Tera took out order which included me using about 2100... of my points for 10 traditional wings and I told her I had a birthday reward for 6 more wings. I ordered the 16 wing flavors andwas only delivered 10 wings. The gentleman who brough the wings said he would look in back for them. Tera then came over and Itold her I only got the 10 and she said she would check also, and I asked her for blue cheese and celery which she never askedme if I wanted and she said she would bring it also. 10 minutes later and asking the bar tender for the blue cheese the wingswere then COLD!!! Tera then came back and said she did not get my birthday order in like she thought. Then the manager came overand apologized and asked if they could make the wings now that I didn't get. I told him my order of the wings included them tobe cooked for 25 minutes and I wasn't about to wait again. Not much of a consolation. Tera then brought the bill and and I thenasked for the manager again. I told the manager that I was charged for the 10 wings I got and that bill bill comped me for the10 wings! told him I used my reward points for the purchase! He only wanted to make me more wings to go!!! So, I lost 2100points for the wings I got and then was comped for the cost of them. Can't use the free 6 birthday wings either. I believe thiswould call for a visit from Gordon Ramsey! The wings I did get, although being cold were good. Gordon where are you when we needyou??? Oh, they never offered my wife's order for a to go container either. Get it right the first time! I was asked to submitto BWW web site the information above, which I did. I was given back the points I used for the 10 wings. Thanks for almostnothing. You did the minimum possible for such a poor experience AND I lost the 6 free wings that were for my birthday!!! Our waitress was very rude. didn't seem interested on taking our orders. Waited 20 minutes for a beer. Finally got our food... after a hour. She was rolling her eyes and had a attitude. Tossed our food on the table. At the end couldn't even split thechecks right. won't be back. Read more
Buffalo Wild Wings in Oneonta is a nice restaurant. The bar was clean and bartenders were very nice and knowledgeable. I... definitely enjoyed all the beers on tap and the many tv's. The jalapeño cheese burger is the entree to try if your into spicythings. The bathroom was very clean and parking is easy. The location to my hotel was nice as well. Read more
We are here right now. Have been sitting here with no food for 40 minutes. People that came in after us have been served... already. Our waiter Matt was great. The kitchen messed up our order. Sent out ice cold fries, cold boneless wing and didn't haveone order. I asked to see the manager. He came over I told him what was going on and he asked what he could do for me. I havebeen watching this manager the whole time we are here. He is just standing up against the wall watching TV. Every once inawhile he will bring a drink to someone. We come here often and this service is unacceptable! Our bill was $80 for cold latefood. Our waiter was great it was the kitchen!!! Read more
