So tasty! They don't seem to fill the bag as full with fries which was disappointing but they were pretty busy on our last visit... so maybe that's why. The food is delicious and fresh! Always a pleasure. A bit pricey but a nice "treat yourself" meal. Thosewho work at Five Guys always seem to be having a good time. We are familiar with the 5 guys franchise, but this was our 1st visit to this location. We ordered meals for 4 people, with only... one of the items ordered being a burger. The place was not exceptionally busy and they did not seem to be under any stress inthe kitchen, but evidently it was a challenging enough order to forget the only burger and not make the milk shake until Ireminded them we had a milk shake as well. The guy who made the milk shake was great, hustled right over and took care of it.This was roughly 20 minutes after ordering a couple hot dogs, a burger and fries. It seemed the other employees were lost andtotally reliant on this gentleman to keep them working. The rest of the food was fine, but the kicker is we went to 5 GuysBURGERs and Fries particularly because this individual wanted a burger and unfortunately we were back to our camper 25 minutesaway before discovering the missing burger. We called to have it deducted from the bill and that is supposed to happen tomorrowwhen a manager is in?will update when it happens. Errors are expected at the fast food burger joints, but at 10 bucks a burgerand paying $18.00 an hour they should be better. Read more
Five Guys is consistent. Never takes more than ten or fifteen minutes to get in and out, even for a large order. Web and... curbside orders available, delivery available. The quality of the food is consistent with other FG restaurants I've visited.Great fries, lots of em. The burgers are good, the milkshakes are fantastic. Free peanuts.. peanuts everywhere. The staff hasbeen cool and helpful, attentive, and sometimes entertaining. A great option for fast food in Oneonta. Read more

I admit that I always like to check out where the potatoes being used originated. From the individual outside cleaning off... tables to those inside cooking and working the front end line, friendly and welcoming staff. Great food. I'll go back. Read more
I can?t say enough good things about this 5 guys restaurant. I never met a staff of people so caring about others as the people... who work at this 5 guys. They are always kind, respectful, friendly and remember your order. I have more to say but they knowhow they went above and beyond and they certainly didn?t have to but did. Excellent people. I love Five Guys, so I knew my burger would be good. But? this one was exceptionally good! This might have been the best... cheeseburger I have ever had in 57 years! I don?t know what they do different in Oneonta, but it?s working! Outstanding!!! Read more
