I really disliked how long I had to wait for a grilled cheese sandwich was that was cold in the center. I waited 20 minutes for... just a grilled cheese that I did not realize costed eleven dollars until after purchasing it. Needless to say I will not begoing back to that location. Read more
Terrible service, had to wait 10 minutes to order and they were out of coffee and lemonade when I went to the machines. 15... minutes later and still no coffee. This is my last time here. This place is not inexpensive and should be better. Read more
My husband and I went in for a coffee and something sweet in the early evening. There was only a light roast coffee available... the other roasts were empty (Columbian coffee) or nearly so. The milks were down to half and half and 1%. There were very fewsweet breads left and what we picked out were not enjoyable. Did they put out the daily ration and just let it run out? Read more
I placed an order, received an email that my order is filled and waiting for pick up. I arrived to pick up and NO order. Found... that they were unable to fill my order. Then why send me an email that the order was ready and waiting pick up. I did write oninstructions that if any issues to call, no call! I was told that they were too busy to call. They weren?t busy when I went into pick up my NO ORDER! Very disappointed as I just went shopping to pick up goodies to go with my bagels. They did give me the4 bagels they had as it was near closing but they are awful. Panera has really good bagels but these are hard, very thin anddry! Thank goodness I didn?t get my order of 13! This wasn?t the first time that my waiting order was not waiting! Not happy, Iwould find a new place to get my bagels but need to finish gift card. I just wanted to give a specific review on the guy kenny who went above and beyond to try and help me today, i placed an order... earlier and once i got home i realized my bakery items were missing. Which isn?t a big deal that happens, we?re all human. Icalled up to let them know and when he picked up the phone he was so sweet and kind and asked if I?d be willing to come by andhe can rectify the situation which i had no problem with at all. I was able to come down and pick up my items and be on my way.Overall it was a great experience and he was absolutely so kind, i used to work at a panera so i know how absolutely awful thejob can be. he?s an absolute treasure and deserves a raise Read more
Had tuna sandwich , bbq chicken sandwich & turkey chili . Bbq chicken sandwich is out of the world, the bread is super soft &... the meal is delicious. Turkey chili is also very nice. Tuna was good, but the amount of meat is very very low. Subway is better. Read more
I had lunch here on a busy Sunday. The staff was working efficiently but they were obviously short-staffed. We had to wait a... long time for our food. What I love about Panera is that they will happily modify any sandwich. The butternut squash soup wasoutstanding. Once we got our food we were satisfied with everything. Read more
