Had my daughters birthday and had the best time!!
The last 2 times I went here with my grandchildren the place was more than filthy. Also the yogurt we wanted was empty and no... one it sight had to yell a couple times for someone to come out from the back! Never again! Read more
My Daughter loves this place, and I learned from a friendly employee they do birthday parties for kids! It's awesome how many... toppings they have spread out buffet-style that you can scoop on your soft ice cream (or is it frozen yogurt?). There's probably10-15 flavors. If they had hard ice cream as well, I'd give it 5 stars. I mean if you're going to specialize in something, whynot go all out with it? After you make your own concoction, they weigh it on a scale at the register to determine the price.Very reasonably priced in my opinion, so we keep going back. ***update 6/29/2022 - I took my Daughter there again tonight andshe still loves the place. Today my family and I came into your establishment in Oneonta. We were happy to see the manager Mackenzie hard at work,... beautifying this already glorious business. I was pleasantly surprised to see new flavors and dove right in to try them out. Thebuffet style accoutrement still stellar! Always fair prices and Mackenzie was a pleasure to talk to. Today my family and I visited Sweet Frog at 1pm, right when it opened and this place was absolutely disgusting. The floor was... sticky and gross. All the tables and chairs had yogurt stains from the day or days prior and I wouldn't let a strangers dog inthe bathroom. You would think since they had just opened it would be clean. Imagine if this is what the dining area looks like,what does the kitchen look like. Don't go! Spend your money at Golden Gurnsey instead. Read more
This place was 1 that was open this day. It's a cute atmosphere but my little cup of ice cream that didn't taste like ice cream... was $15 yes. That is extremely outrageous. They have you fill your cup with their ice cream and toppings then weigh it. This wasas big as a Ben and Jerry's container. Maybe smaller. Ben and Jerry's is very good and very expensive. This was just plainoutrageous. Seriously I should have just left it there. Read more
The Girl Scout Troop I co-lead went to the Oneonta Sweet Frog for a troop social. I filled out the online survey on the website,... requesting the tour. The manager Mackenzie called me to arrange the details, and called a few days before to confirm ourevent. The troop was treated like VIP, they closed the shop for the time we were there. The girls loved the "behind the scenes"tour of how the frozen yogurt is made, the manager did a demo on how cookies & cream fro yo was made, the scouts loved makingtheir own waffle cones or bowls, the scouts loved mixing flavors and adding toppings to their creations, the scouts loved eatingtheir creations. The girls were treated to temporary tattoos, and coloring books as they waited to make their cones orbowls. There is a "Sweet Frog" community fun patch, each girl received as a participant- they put these on the back of theirscout vests. This was a great experience, all of the scouts that attended were happy they did. I would recommend this for otherscouting groups as it was a lot of fun! Read more
