I order from here fairly frequently, and almost just as frequently I either get my order with A. Something missing or B.... Something made wrong or C. They just take an hour to cancel it, not only that we also had an experience where a cashier forgotto return our card through the window and we weren't able to make it back that night so we called and they said it'd be in thesafe, so we go in the next morning to get our card back, and apparently it's nowhere to be found, manager tells us to leave ournumber and they'll call later to let us know if they find it, so we wait till the next day again no call, so we called back andwere then told that "if they aren't picked up in 24 hours they cut them up" just ended up canceling the card and ordering a newone, I've have never seen a poorer excuse for a staff Read more
I got dinner for our family especially my daughter was looking forward to this we found hair in my daughter quesadilla we went... thru and I spoke to the manager he was unprofessional questioned me . Disappointing, we normally order at register and no one was there so we had to order from touch screen. After 10 minutes of... fumbling around we finally placed order and had to wait for 30 minutes. I guess we will be making burritos on our griddle athome from now on. Read more
Refused to let us order more than 2 things at a time. Couldn't figure out how to give us a side of meat instead of in a soft... taco. Was extremely rude. No management on duty. Tried calling 3 times and no one would answer the phone. Pitiful excuse for afast food establishment. Would rather deal with McDonald's ???? For $15+ an hour you think they'd do better. Read more
I received this tonight I?m getting sick and tired of receiving these very poorly made. A lot of times I receive them ether not... even cut or poorly cut, which is not a big deal but this is the worst one I?ve received, it was hard and burnt. It wasdisgusting. Read more
My one star review comes as more of a slow burn over many years?. Years of slow service staff on phones messed up orders and a... dirty dining room.. yet still I went from the day they opened around 2005 and I never once complained. The staff changed overthe years but the service never has. I often go in the morning because they serve lunch a 9am. At that time of the day the menuunderstandably shows mostly breakfast menus. A few weeks ago I went to the drivethru and asked what box deals they currently hadbecause I did not see them on the menu? the lady for some reason and insisted they were all there and started arguing with meinstead of telling me what they have .. I ended up getting my food and I dropped the issue. A few days later I went back and Imust have interrupted during lunch break because they were completely taking with there mouth full while I was ordering ?.. okaybad service but I dropped the issue and forgot about it. Today I went there to order the nacho fry box and they refused to eventake my order because it was ?not 9am?? I looked at my clock and it was literally 8:59. Now I have no problem with waiting till9 for my food but the response should have been something like ?sure we can take your order but it might be a few minutesbecause we are still setting up for lunch?.. a response like that would have been acceptable? however, as it was it was the laststraw.. Always messing up the order. I don?t eat dairy or meat and I can?t tell you how many times I select ?fresco? on all of my... orders, and 90% of the time they will always put cheese on my food. This time they put some kind of cheese sauce, or a spicysauce on all of my food when I did not ask for it. I usually don?t complain but it?s just awful. Super long wait times just toget a messed up order, it?s ridiculous. Edit: it hasn?t gotten any better. I can?t have any dairy, and always order Frescostyle and make sure to put no dairy or meat. Both my black bean crunch wrap and my black bean burrito had cheese and sour cream.I called and let them know my order was messed up, they said they could remake It. The Crunchwrap was fine but the burrito had agiant handful of cheese stuffed in the bottom. Really? I wasn?t rude at all and just asked for what I originally ordered and youdo this? I?m so sick of this Taco Bell, I never leave reviews on anything but they are always messing up my orders, goingunbelievably slow, and being rude.
