Benihana was a decent restaurant. The shrimp, chicken and steak was not amazing but it was good. The experience kind of depends... on the type of cook you have that comes to your table. Ours didn't say or do much. The chili shrimp roll was definitelydelicious. They also offer really good alcoholic beverages. The servers were friendly. Best place for Japanese food. Food is cooked very well right at your table. Everything is cooked perfect. I got the filet mignon... and shrimp. This dish was called the Samari Treat with other sides to go with it. Well Worth the price. It is best to set up areservation ahead of time. Read more
Our waitress was GREAT!!! Always making sure our drinks were full. She was kind and friendly. We had three birthdays at our... table and she sang to us three. We were two different parties. The food was good, very delicious. The restaurant was cooldidn't feel the heat from outside nor from the grill. The service was fast but not so fast that we felt rushed. The waitress hadgreat timing. It felt like we were nit waiting around for the best round or drink. Isn't that fabulous. There were lots ofbirthdays at the other tables so it felt festive and fun. Read more
This is the best Teppanyaki restaurant I have experienced. I am a return customer and will continue to return. The staff are... amazing and accommodating and they love to celebrate special occasions with not only you but your whole table. Bring your funand get your table to enjoy some laughs all while watching the chef doing tricks with his/her skills on the grill. Great nightout! Read more
I was a really excited to eat here and made reservations a week in advance. When we got there on time, we waited 45 mins to be... seated. I was a little surprised considering when we finally were seated there wasn’t many tables being used. There was just alot of the staff standing around. When we finally were seated, we sat another 30 mins waiting for them to bring us drinks andthen another 10 mins for the soup. Wait, wait, wait!!! We scheduled about 2hrs to be here at max before our next activity, butwe were running out of time, so we paid our bill ahead of time just in case we had to leave without being served. With just 30mins to spare our cook arrived. If it wasn’t for the cook’s performance and his humor to save this restaurant I would havedefinitely given this restaurant a 3 star review, but we really enjoyed the entertainment. The food wasn’t great, but wasn’thorrible. I would definitely say your paying for them to cook and entertain you, not much for anything else since everythingelse was bland and very slow. Read more
Our waitress was great she did her best even though the bar was backed up because they only had one bartender. The chef was... great and so was the food especiallythe garlic butter????. I suggest making a reservation unless you don't mind waiting 30minutes or more. We made reservations two weeks in advance. If you are uncomfortable with seating so close to others due to thetimes we are living in currently this place isn't for you. I say this because the family next to us kept asking the waitress toget us to move over. The waitress offered to get them a different table with less people but they would have to wait 30 minutesof course they didn't want to do that and so they made everyone else at the table feel uncomfortable with their attitude andlook of discuss. FYI if you don't feel comfortable due to c19 book your family their own table or stay away from these kind ofrestaurants because you ruin it for people out just trying to enjoy a meal with their family and friends. I had an amazing time!!!! My friend treated me to lunch and it was great!!! Our chef was Benny great personality not as much... flare as a couple of the other chefs but I still enjoyed interacting with him. We shared our table with another family and theywere very pleasant. The food was awesome and the lunch menu wasn't that painful to the pockets. Read more
Cane in last night Friday 11/11/22 for 630 pm reservations. We were seated by 645 pm. I had my 2 year old with us and I was not... offered a high chair, I had to scan the room and go get it myself. After the waitress( my receipt says her name was Mars) seenme over bringing it she said she could go get it...too late for that. So she took our drink order and appetizer order, I askedif I could order my son's chicken tenders before the chef came out and she said No because the chef cooks everything at thetable. The chef (Mariana) did not bring a deep fryer???? but she was nice, she was engaging, and she was considerate that I hada toddler and she made him his noodles first. So we all get our food...all 5 courses and the chef notices they still have notbrought my son his chicken tenders. So we agree to have them taken off the bill, I told my server they never brought them andshe also agreed to have then taken off of my bill....but minutes later..what happens.... another server ( the one filling ourdrinks) slips a bowl of chicken tenders over my shoulder...after our food was already packed up to go and after my son devouredthe noodles while he was waiting!!!! I took this as a huge insult..why would u bring me something I took off my check? Try tofeed my toddler after the whole table of adults has already ate.??? Did I look stupid to her? This was absolutely unacceptable . The only good thing about our first time here was my chef and the food she made us. 4 stars for her. Read more
