This location has always offered great customer service, which is something this area can be hit or miss with at times. Every... time I come to this BK, the staff is always welcoming, and the majority of those times I'm helped by Liz. She always gives greatcustomer service, and I always see her working hard, when not helping customers. Her work ethic is something that I wish mostplaces employees displayed these days, and is also something that employers should notice and reward. You don't find those kindof qualities at the majority of places around the country, which is why I'm taking the time to comment and give recognition toLiz for her outstanding customer service and work ethic. Clean friendly fast and food was good not the usual grease soaked meal you get most places
I walked in there were no customers the 2 employees were standing around talking. Yet there was no ice. Table were dirty. Floor... was dirty and there were flies bugging me while I was trying to eat. I threw my drink cup on the floor adding to the mess thatwas already there and they just stared at it like it was no problem were lazy. Read more
1st the good, the fries were hot for a change. The bad..the woppers both were cold.And only a 50 cent size piece of tomato. A... couple of pieces of onion. And the lettuce was old and brown on top of it. Took them back and they replaced them with ones justas bad. And not to mention they are higher than.other BK's In the area. I guess the figure being located at a truck stop with acaptive customer base they do not have to have quality while charging more. Will he complaining to corporate. Read more
The food was all hot and fresh and well made. Truly a unique experience for a fast food place! -AND- the cashier was friendly.
They dont accept bk app deals. WACK SAUCE!
