The lady who works the window and cash register on the weekends at 3 in the morning should be fired. Everybody complains about... the same terrible lady. Carls jr is terrible for not finding better people and releasing trash people like her. I wouldn?t eathere it used to be decent, now its horrible. Read more
I would have rated 0 stars... Last night I ordered through the door dash at the Ontario Ranch Road Store (where the Stater Bros... store is) at 1:55am. I ordered a classic double cheese burger (supposed to have the Special Sauce, Grilled Onions, Tomato and NoLettuce) with a Strawberry Fanta drink.....What I got....a plain bun with....2 small burger patties...one was torn...with aslice of cheese, a smear of sauce and Nothing else. I also got....Fruit Punch for my drink, I ordered fried zucchini and paidextra for ranch dipping sauce...Did Not recieve no dipping sauce at all...Oh and my french fries...were cold! I didn't evenrecieve my order till 2:45am (said I'd get my order between 15-20 minutes) felt bad for my dasher that waited there for quitesome time. This is by far the WORST experience EVER!!! Door Dash should have given me a full refund but only gave me back tendollars. What kind of a business thinks it's ok to screw up someones simple order through a door dash app? This is sad becauseit wasn't door dashs fault at all yet they are the ones apologizing for Carl's Jr. Mistake. Read more
Hesitated to give back my credit card back after I no longer wanted to order because they refused to take my coupon. I shouldn't... have to repeat myself multiple times when I clearly say "Give me back my credit card." Read more
This place is not too bad I just wish that the fries were hotter!
