Standard Cinnabon, staff are good, get orders out quickly. Location in a mall, crowds may be an issue.
Worst Cinnabon I?ve ever been to. Got in a long line 15 minutes before they were about to close, and the guy on register is too... busy cracking jokes to his co workers to take any orders. His buddy goes, ?hey everything on display is final, we ain?t makingno damn more?. So immature and disgusting, didn?t even bother sticking around. Read more

THE WORST! Got there at 9:10 am, wanted to buy 10 boxes of rolls, was told by a young girl they could not because the registers... weren't up. I told her I could pay cash or credit card all she needed was a pen and some paper we could figure out the price.Ring the sale up when registers are up. Sorry can't do it. Asked if a manger was available,and one was, asked to talk to him.the GUTLESS ass did not even have the courage to face me was only told NO they cannot sell me 10 boxes. I requested his name Owas told it was Ali. Then I called the corporate customer service line from this engraved worthless plastic sign and was told itwas a franchise store and they could do nothing. Amazing the manger and corporate could careless about a person wanting buy $200of product? It is not like they did not have product ready and could not fill my request It was right there on thecounter.
