First time here last time here. I ordered around 1045pm off 4th st my food was cold and wrong what I ordered very disappointing.... I asked for hot sauce " and got Ketchup "???????????. My daughter is allergic to tomatoes and I asked for a plain cheese burgerand they gave me a burger with everything ???? am from out of town so I put all my trust into del taco and was Deceived. Food is always hot, but customer service at dive thru window lacks. The same lady is always indifferent, and didn't really seem... to care. But, then again, she did do a very good job! She gets 5 stars for most likely being the solid core that keeps thedrive thru going as good as it does. Kudos to her. Read more
Always good service at this location. Everyone in my experience has been very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable when... taking my complicated order due to dietary restrictions. Drive-thru wait time is noticeably faster than a location I used to goto before I moved. Read more
Never had problems with my food and service at this location. Only problem that is reoccurring is going inside to order. They... always have random times of closing without notice of why dinning in is closed and as to what hours they limit dine in. They hadlocked doors at 10:30am and a couple days later they also had closed doors around 3-4pm where you would expect them to be open.If you can consider putting a sign out at least so customers like me dont have to guess if its open Read more

I always go to this location and mistakes happen. No biggie. But lately, the employees are rude and mad because they made a... mistake and I wanted the correct items. Today they got my order wrong and I noticed when they told me the total at the window.I asked how much we're the soft tacos, what they said matched the total. I assumed they raised the price so went ahead and paid.After she handed me the receipt I noticed it said chicken soft tacos, so I point out their error. Instead of just fixing it, thegirl says yep thats what I asked for. I told her no i didnt, I just asked you how much the soft tacos we're because the totalseemed off and you said thats how much they we're. Then she tried saying I didnt say snack soft taco? Apparently thats the newname for regular soft tacos vs the bigger size one.
