I had heard a lot about In and Out. The hamburger was not anything to brag about. Very little meat and mushy. I did really like... the fries!! And the Bible verse on the bottom of my cup was a plus. Read more
Excellent services, the food was delicious , employees were kind, and the lobby was very clean.
Great taste of In-N-Out burger, at a location that was busy at dinner time but not swamped or overwhelmed. Staff are friendly... and I got my burger & fries in just under 9 minutes. Restaurant was spotless, and even the outside tables (where I ate) lookedlike they were frequently cleaned. Parking not an issue at all. Read more
I am not a big In-N-Out fan by any means. I frequent any location maybe once every 4 months or longer but I have never had a bad... experience at any location but this was all around a bad experience. The bread was so toasted that it was burnt along with thesuper extra well fries. Very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location. Read more
I wish I could give them 10 stars.. I am from NC and came to visit beautiful California.. I had been to in n out in Las Vegas... for the first time and it was outstanding..This one in Ontario was delicious.. fast.. and the employees were neat and uniformspressed.. young men were cleanly shaven and the place was spotless.. I give IN N OUT ONTARION 10??????????I've eaten there 2times today????. I even got 2 plain hamburgers for my Chihuahua TuTu???????????? burgers were big. This is a good place to come get a tastey burger.The brilliance of this chain is the relative simplicity of the menu.We always... get the double double with fries and a coke.How much easier can that be.I usually am very averse to long lines,but the line hereseems to move right along,and I could really feel the speediness of the person handing out the food....they were speeedy and Iam sure they were there for a reason,and they did it without making us feel like they were giving us the boot. Last stop before our Chicago flight! We got in line at 10:28 am and we were treated with a glorious breakfast of burger and... chocolate shake. Friendly, brilliant efficiency! Crisp bun, fresh toppings, gooey cheese, and delicious burger patty. Fastfood has never been so amazing. Read more
