Unlike other hamburger places you go to you can give them five or six different orders, you want one with grilled onions one... with raw onions one animal style one with no lettuce two with no sauce and they always get it right I don't ever have to checkmy bag before I leave the window cuz I know everything is just the way I ordered it other places... don't come anywhere near theaccuracy and their orders keep it up we keep coming Read more
We eat at In-N-Out regularly. On this day we were eating in doors at the Mountain Ave location in Ontario/Chino area. Our order... was prepared exactly as ordered. All special requests we perfect. Our burgers were hot and juicy and our fries were perfectlycooked with just the right amount of salt. I recommend you get a pack of their burger spread to dip your fries in. Enjoy. Read more
Did you know they have their own University? Like you actually have to go to school to work at In-N-Out. I had no idea until... recently it makes total sense though because they serve is always good, the burgers even better. The milkshakes are great on ahot day. Personally not a fan of the fries but that's just me. They're a bit to soggy for my taste. Read more
I am a huge fan of In-N-Out. First time having it in a couple years. Two double doubles were increíble. Asked for fries well... done and they were perfect. My cousin got the 3x3 which looked massive. Food came out rapidly and the staff is always so nice. Agreat experience as always. Read more

Saturday night around 5pm used drive through. Horrendous! Had to line up in the street (almost 1/4 of a mile) to get in lot.... Young man taking orders with portable tablet was super sweet and efficient. Serves me right for picking up meals for friends ona Saturday night! Food was OK, nothing spectacular. Read more
