Ok, I order a chicken strip combo, but the cashier didn't follow my words, gave me the chicken strip instead. No drink no fries.
Some rude bitter female employee at jack in the box (I think she was either the manager or supervisor) took a picture of my bag... where I carry my cards & other spiritual healing things that I use for my start up business while I was waiting for my food shewas all up in her feelings & for some reason she took a picture of my bag that I had in the floor, she was in the lobby so thenshe took the picture then she went inside behind the counter and I guess that's when she was calling the police because theywere taking a freaking long time to give me just a small fries that I ordered more than 5 minutes ago then they said oh we gaveyou a large fries for waiting. & The police pass by my twice & see that I wasn't doing anything wrong & whatever she told thepolice he found out she was lying. I changed my review because as of lately they stopped doing the mobile orders through it the app. They've done it for the... longest time and now it's not available anymore I can no longer get any deals from the app because their store specificallychooses to decline mobile orders and I feel it is done on purpose. EDIT as of 2.5.22 Food quality has been nice and app hasworked since then but for a week it was down. But my only complaint really is that they keep forgetting my food. I got 5 yearsexperience at Del Taco and I made sure to never forget food. With prices rising on everything its not fun to lose stuff you paidfor. Only reason I didn't come back for my food was that its 12AM. But in the past month I've had missing food on a fewoccasions. I'm not trying to call any support or email anyone. Just fix the problems. At Del Taco we did a double Del checkbefore the orders when out. Jack what are you doing? EDIT as of 12/2/2022 Increased it to 4 stars because they've gotten quickand faster. One thing happened this week and it was them running out of Large Cups, which is fine, they explained it once, butnow they stopped telling people and are just giving people Medium cups.
