I ordered online so I can pick it up on my way to work. The employee said she didn't have my order. Asked if it was for door... dash. I said no. Then she asked to see my phoneanf asked for the address to the location I ordered from. I showed her theconfirmation. She wanted me to hand her my phone. I said absolutely not. She said it hadn't gone through yet. Another man wentin to pick up his order. She handed him his order and suddenly mine appeared. It was already melted down. I love juice it up and I usually order a Pineapple Punch from there. It used to be on the menu but they took it off a year or so... ago. Even though it is no longer on the menu, I am able to order this item with no problem and the workers immediately know howto make it. However at this location, the worker told me that they don?t have it there and didn?t know how to make it. If youare going to work at a smoothie/drink place, you need to know how to make items that are no longer on the menu. It is one of themain parts of the job and should be common knowledge. The PB Moca Brew Smoothie was delicious but my experience at this Ontario location was horrible. The employees were very rude... which made my visit very uncomfortable . I will not be spending my money here again. Read more
Employee was very rude. Has happened many times. Also very slow making smoothie and bowls.
Went in today at 8:30 with my daughter and I didn?t feel like our order was a priority at all. We stood ready to order as we... watched her make a few drinks, pause to sign a delivery order and point out a gentlemen?s door dash order. Typically I like coming in here, but Today just wasn't one of those days..idk how you have to wait for 20mins on a smoothie,... especially when people after you with more complicated orders recieved theirs 1st! Idk if my order was forgotten until theyrealized I've been standing there for quite a while. All I can say is send help!!! Has to be the best Juice it Up everrrr!!! The best Detoxifier is made here. I?ve gone to all the juice it ups around the IE and... this is where you find the best flavored detoxifier juice. I?ve had some that tastes like cucumber water .. if you want totaste all the flavors including pineapple grapes lemon ginger and spinach then this is the place to go.. you won?t bedisappointed:) love love love .. I literally said I didn?t want banana twice and they still put it. I was the only one in the store with 4 workers and it took... ten minutes to get my smoothie which wasn?t even blended all the way and had a bunch of big chunks. Hella annoying???? Read more
