My kids love to have an amazing experience playing at the place play but I?ve been noticing that every time that we came it?s so... dirty. The soda dispenser it?s so disgusting, the floors are terribly gross and basically all the tables are with leftovers ofprevious customers with excessive amount of trash under the tables. And even on the play place it?s dirty with fries and dust. Iwould like to come here with a clean and beautiful environment and hope to come back with a better experience. Don?t get mewrong the service it?s good just keep in mind we still dealing with COVID and monkey pox and healthy it should be a priority.Remember that this restaurant it?s a children favorite place to eat. We all know McDonald's gets a bad rap for whatever reasons-- most times it's fair, but the crew at this particular location is... always on spot. I usually only go in the morning so I can't speak to the quality of the night crew but that morning crew issolid. I often thank them for just showing up to work in a time where many aren't anymore. The iced coffee is disgusting. I got it through the promo on the app, so I decided to try it. Never again. I come here often do... to it's close to home and my son liked the happy meals. They get my order wrong once in a while. The last 3 visits have beenchaos. They got my drink wrong, my son's burger, our happy meal didn't have a toy. Our drink was flat. When ordering online or through door dash they constantly always mess up your order. When ordering the Big Mac pack which comes... with fries, 2 Big Macs, and a 20 piece nuggets they always just send 1 Big Mac. Lol Beware ordering from this location. Neverfails to send you with a complete order and always will have missing items. Read more
