Food was cold, missing items in each meal, like fries, sauces, drinks. I have been to this location several times and each time... now there is an issue. I know it?s just fast food but I expect what I paid for and at least a warm-hot meal with all of itscomponents. Whoever is doing order checks, quality checks needs to triple if not quadruple check. We stopped at This McDonald's while traveling. I only wish it was more local for me! I dont know if All McDonald's don't have... the firehouse for straws anymore, but this location has sensible straws. The food was fantastic. Everything was preparedperfectly, from the Biscuits to the Hash Browns. Read more
TERRIBLE!!!! I ordered two meals and the large fries were missing. Plus, the chicken in the hamburger is super duper small, same... as a walnut. The hamburger tastes weird, too. Read more

Burger is cold. Not even a little bit of warmth and the bun is getting hard. Long wait in the drive through, yet not much... people. The quality and service of this McDonald's has gone down in the last year. If you sit there you'll see so many customers come in... with their incorrect orders. The cheeseburgers are cold with a cheese that looks like it just came out right of the fridge.Isn't it supposed to be at least slightly melted? Also, there's so many employees but they still take forever and the line isalways super long. Go to the one on grove, might be a little better. Read more
Ordered ahead using their app for 'convenience' since I would have my 2 young grandsons with me. I advised when I arrived in... spot #5. I received their response my order would be out in 5 minutes. Finally after waiting 15 minutes I received my order.Will never use the app again...would have been more efficient going through the drive-thru!! Read more
