After not coming to Olive Garden for years due to the prices rising, I decided to give it another chance. I could not find ONE... good thing about my experience. I asked for raspberry lemonade, and they gave me something that looked like my water. When thesalad and breadsticks came out, the salad was saturated in vinegar and the breadsticks were stale and oversalted. The chickenparmigiana tasted extremely bland and the chicken was overcooked (if not burnt). The pasta itself reminded me of the spaghettithey serve at Souplantation, but instead I'd rather eat that one! That's not all though! I normally don't have issues withservers, but I intend to call him out. MASASHI Y. was about to steal my money. I had a gift card for $25 and my meal was $62.65.Naturally, I was expecting the total to then be $37.65. So after I gave him a $100 bill, he gave me $38 back instead of$62.35. HE WAS $24 SHORT. He gave himself a tip! I believe this is the case because when I asked for him to adjust the change,he reached for the money in his pockets. He did not go to a cash register to give me the correct amount. Do yourself a favorand go to Cheesecake Factory instead or cook at home. At least then your food won't be microwaved and no one will try to stealyour money. Read more
It's impossible not to eat the whole thing. I love how fast paced this restaurant is. We enjoy the the never ending soup or... salad. We get the cheese gnocchi soup. My favorite meal is the chicken stuffed asiago and it's ten times better than the chickenfettuccine. This meal is always cooked perfectly. Their chicken usually needs to be asked for well done but in this meal thechicken is always crispy. Read more

I forgot the name of our server but she was young and tall. She was really sweet! We were celebrating a birthday and even though... this location was busy, she did her absolute best to make sure she got our food on time. Our birthday was for a 13 year old andshe made great convo, she even picked out an amazing dessert our party loved. Thank you! Read more
I'm so sorry to give this review only because I like Olive Garden. But this location is no longer what it use to be. Absolutely... HORABLE!! We waited over an hr for a table. Then told it was going to take them 10-15 mins to clean the table. When we walkedin, we saw many tables available. My family & I were seated at a dirty table with tons of dust around us. I guess thwy have noconcept of "clean". I had to clean the table myself with my sanitize wipes. The booth we sat in was dusty & full of fingerprints. Including the boths around us. When you looked up at the light fixture above our table, the dust was so thick it gave anextra dimness to the light. Don't look out the windows, you'll see tons of cobwebs. The carpet was beyond dirty, as well as thethe hard floors. The restrooms were beyond dirty too(trash cans over flowing), broken hooks swiveling, dirty floor and only onestall that was decent enough to utilize. I should have taken more pictures. Gross!! While waiting for a table we saw employeeswalking across the grass area instead of walking around to serve pick up orders. Straight laziness! These young employees wouldcut off customers entering and exiting the front doors. Watching the hostess playing with her hair like she was in a salon SMH. This restaurant diffintly needs better management. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME HERE, NOT WORTH IT. Read more
The wait can be a little long so, if possible call before going. The food is always good and prices are very reasonable.... Customer service is wonderful. Good place to have some lunch or dinner with friends. Read more
This restaurant is super nice, very clean and has amazing customer service and hostess. Our waitress was absolutely amazing with... her recommendation and selection. This was my first time visiting, because i am traveling from Beirut to Los angeles, i am notlocal, i visited italy many times & i can assume that’s 100% Italian restaurant, Not once did we have to ask for anything. Shewas VERY busy but was extremely attentive to us. Brought us refills and extra bread without us asking. She made sure to check onus and that everything was to our liking. I would love to have her as my waitress anytime I go there. And the tablets on thetable was so easy to pay the check and not wait at all. The tagliatelle chicken Alfredo is highly recommended to be tried andit’s my favorite dish from now on. Read more
Food and service was great even during busy time. Looks like wait got pretty long after 5pm. Appreciated the service workers.... Bathrooms were clean. Staff was wearing mask. Would come again with Family. Had a birthday. They held our cake in the fridgewhile we ate. Steak I ordered was a little small but thick. I guess they weigh them. Read more
