Pizza Hut is bomb. I love their pizza and wings. You should eat there, too.
I used to love coming here for their thin crust pizza, but now all they seem to do is drop the ball. I ordered for pick up and... they tell me that they will notify me when my pizza is ready... my pizza was ready in 12 minutes but haven't contacted me aboutit till 30 mins later. This has happened 2 times and when I complained about having cold pizza (that i still had to pay in full)they told me that the next order will be 25 bucks off which was a lie cause they then try telling me when I ordered from themagain it was not 25 bucks off but 25 percent off. I gave them my information to confirm that, and it turned out they never putthe information on their system and even with my receipt and card information of when I purchased from them they told me thelowest they could go was 10 percent off. Got the edge pizza and it was fire ???????????? staff was nice but its hit n miss. Dont expect much but a good pizza ????
I ordered my food about an hour ago and I just pulled up because they said it would be done in about 15 minutes and it's still... not done they told me I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes more they got my order wrong on the phone and their service is not good atall I do not refer coming here at all if you guys are in a hurry or you want to get your food on the time I hate this place Read more

Well my order was not on time. My pizza was dropped and needed to be made again. I had to wait while my kids were in the car.... The associates seemed remorseful, but offered no kind of compensation for the inconvenience, such as a discount or freebreadsticks or wings. I was truly unsatisfied Read more
Spoke to a Manager named Tammy put my order in at 9:40pm was told it was gonna be about an hour wait for delivery due to only... one driver named Andrea which we were ok with. Called to see what was going on with my order at 10:55pm before they closed andTammy answered and tried blaming me for not writing down my apt number then she stated that she called multiple times but Ididn't receive not one call. They charged my card already didn't receive that back either. Tammy was very unprofessional lyingthru her teeth all the way around. Sounded like she was high as a kite. In the end stated she must of dialed the wrong number.But knew exactly who I was when I called to check my order. So no food and my money was taken. Very bad service. Read more
