Paid 6 dollars and coffee wasn?t even full all the way not cool lame bucks
So usually I'm all praises when it comes to Starbucks... but today I'm upset. This morning at 5:30 I treat myself to Starbucks.... I make sure I say I want soy milk. I proceed through the drive through. Great customer service with smiles... I begin drinkingmy macchiato. As I drive 15 min to work. I walk into work and realize my drink was not made with soy. I've only been at work 2hours and needless to say half the time I've been in the restroom with an upset stomach. I may lose out on hours having to gohome all because the person who made my drink didn't put soy. Soy is not always a preference sometimes it's a necessity forpeople's diet. And I wouldn't be so upset if this was the first time. Everyone makes mistakes. This is ACTUALLY the THIRD TIMEthis has happened at this particular location. I'm not going back! What a waste! Service is always amazing! If you are ordering a complicated drink - don't do it here. This is usually my go-to for mobile... orders. They are always fast and the basic drinks come out correctly. Although the staff was very nice. I was completely disappointed in my order. I went because I was craving a brownie and hot... coco (perfect to start the holidays with) And unfortunately I was so dissatisfied with my complete order. I went to Starbucksbecause I wanted the best. And was instead given regret. The staff was very nice. I want to make that known.
