Went to this location around 1pm on a Sunday. It's close to the airport and we were waiting for a flight. Sat at the drive thru... mic for about 8 mins with not a soul saying they would be with me soon. I even said hello hoping someone would answer butsilence. Kind of frustrating. There was a line of 5 more cars behind me. I just drove off without ordering. Saw a worker inthere so I'm not sure what was going on. Worst Starbucks ever. They decided to open late yet didn?t register it into the system so I made a mobile order wasted my time,... gas, and money and when I called the lady on the phone just said oh well not my fault. She didn?t care at all. I just said Iwanted a refund because I couldn?t wait an hour for them to open so I went home and she said oh well I can?t do that for you.You can call corporate. I asked for the number and she said I don?t know you can google it yourself. Seriously the worst way tostart my morning at 4:30am. If I had know they were closed I wouldn?t have made a mobile order but her rudeness and willingnessto blame ME when she admitted they just didn?t have enough time to put into the system that they would open later in the day wasdisgusting. This is the second time that I go pick up a mobile order and as soon as I go in, nobody greets neither ask if I?m picking up a... mobile order. Every other Starbucks as soon as you go in you?re either welcomed or asked if you?re there to pickup a mobileorder. Both times I?ve gone in they completely ignore me although my order is already ready. The drinks are good and they nevermess them up but the customer service there sucks!! Read more
