This is the worst subway I?ve ever been to, the bread was extremely hard and when I bit into my sandwich I noticed the bacon was... raw she didn?t heat it up. I took my husband?s side to show the bacon this is my second time coming here first time was horriblebut, I figured I?d give them another try since I live close lol never again. Terrible experience. I didn't mind the food being bad or even that they charged me the wrong amount. the refund never came back... on my card & that's when the issue got worse. The "manager" Crystal was so rude on the phone and basically called me a liarabout my refund. Spoke to the District manager Jose and he was practically the same. I had to make 3 trips down to therestaurant to get this fixed. When I showed him my receipt, he realized their mistake and gave me my refund with a weak "sorryfor the inconvenience". Don't eat here or if you see someone with the name Crystal get out of there fast! Read more
It's a Subway, so your expectations shouldn't be that you're going to get a great deli sandwich. But if you're tired of a burger... and want a quick sandwich, they're fine. They won't knock your socks off but it's usually a solid meal. I like the meatball suband the BLT. If there were half-stars, I'd give it 3 1/2. I've read some of the other bad reviews about the service, etc., andcan say I haven't encountered the same issues. Read more
I realize, I came in during lunch hours but 2 people working to bring the line down an the 3rd person doing something in the... back is okay. But after explaining that all their tables were dirty. No one came to clean them, and once the 3rd person was donewith, what they had to do in the back of the restaurant; they too didn't bother to clean. I mean I know u want to bring the linedown but 2 people can handle that, while one person makes sure that they clean the tables (I mean it only takes 10 seconds towipe down a table) sadly enough, me and my family had to eat outside (where at least I expect it to be dirty)...in all my firsttime experience was not a good one. :( Read more
Might be the worst subway I've ever been to. Went during lunch and the place had one other customer but still managed to make me... wait 10 minutes before acknowledging I was there. Bread was stale and the lettuce was clearly old. Subway isn't exactly gourmetand it's a good place to grab quick lunch but I will always avoid this location. Read more
It's dirty in there, the soda machine was broken and splashed all over me. The good thing are the kind employees.
