Owner thinks he can break the rules of his own company and start charging per sauce, you cannot charge extra for sauce so if you... didn't know now you know. Last time I visit this place, I will opt for Waba more often now since this happened at another FlameBroiler too. Imagine being charged 25 cents per ketchup packate at your favorite burger place. I love Flame Broiler but had to get a refund because I had raw chicken on my plate. It was nasty.
Pretty good food here. I always ask for them to cook the chicken fresh so it tastes fresh.
