I wish I could rate this higher, but they are never open so I never get to go back. Literally every time I try and go here it is... closed already. They need to shift their hours later. They are leaving business on the table. I would like to give them theopportunity to redeem themselves because every time we have gone in the past, the order was wrong. I asked for a shrimp veggie bowl with no rice,the person screwed up the request. I would like to hear from the owner I thrown... out all the item.chef does not pay attention to the customers request. Very disturbed on the service.. I would like acomplementary salad and a slice of oranges. Read more

Place was a little dirty. . But staff was friendly and helpful , Dumplings were a little undercooked , salmon. Plate was good .... ???? Food was great. Read more

All in all the chicken and rice and the flavors were right and good. But customer service was lousy! I ordered a chicken bowl... with everything and she in returns asks if I wanted onions and I said yes everything and however you guys do it instead ofasking me if that included the vegetables she just assumed I wanted a chicken bowl with brown rice. My orders up I see my plateit doesn't look right I asked doesn't come with vegetables and she says oh you have to say that basically saying that it's myfault that I didn't get vegetables cuz I didn't tell her. Sure I should have said veggies instead of everything but as a personthat is at the register that has the capability of upselling and ensuring that the customer is ordering exactly what they wantseems like a responsibility that she would have. When I was bringing it to her attention that I was disappointed on what I gotshe had no way of resolving the issue I didn't demand any kind of Correction but there was no willing to try to correct it so Isat down and ate the meal before I left I was going to get unsweetened iced tea from their tea canister it's marked unsweetenedand the tea was sweet so overall the visit wasn't the greatest I've been to many other Waba grills and it's flawless I asked fora chicken bowl they ask if I want vegetables I say yes! do you want white rice brown rice you know I go to the Tea unsweetenedthis is the only Waba Grill that I've ever had problems with. I used to like this place. But they forced me to leave because I didn't have a mask. Then a few months later expect us to... pretend like nothing happened. Never again will I eat here. Read more
