They close early often. The lights are on but the doors are locked and no one answers the drive thru. They also can never take... your Apple or Google pay. It's 8:46pm right now and the sign says they close at 10pm. There's a line of customers in the drivethru just like I was and the car ahead of me placed his order online and now has to ask for a refund. It's just a majorinconvenience for absolutely no reason. This is my last time coming to this location. Now I see why the location on Vineyard andthe 10 freeway is always busy. Read more

Placed an order online .. the app said to go in the drive thru to pick up my order... I gave them my name & order number .. they... said they could not find my order... I asked them if I could just reorder since I am here & the manager on duty told me no.. Shesaid I was welcome to call customer service to get a refund... And I could walk in and place an order.... Since I had waited for3 cars in front of me... I did not feel like then getting out .. walking in and place my order.. I felt like she could have justtaken my order ... And I do not understand why it was a big deal.. In this situation.... And bcuz they could not rectify theissue... I will not be patronizing this place... ** Update... It's been over 3 days... And I still have not gotten my refund forthe order that " never came through".... No response.. no answer when I call.... Very frustrating... I suggest not using themobile order system Read more

If the little girls n there r gonna lock the door so u can not dine order, u should let the truck drivers order n drive threw.... Walk up. Not hide n there like stupid kids. There way 2 old 2 play like school girls. They seen me standing n line. They couldhave brought there lazy kid buts 2 see what i needed. I drive a semi truck. 53'. They lock dining room. Water cups the size of a jr frosty is a joke. Spend $15 but can?t get one sauce without being charged 25 cents. Whoever worked... that window today takes their job way to serious about condiments. Read more

Yikes what a terrible Wendy's :( Luckily, there are plenty others in the area! Let me start off by stating that my family LOVES... Wendy's. However... I tried this one out and had such a bad experience I will LITERALLY NEVER GO BACK! I would advise you alsodo your best to avoid this establishment and choose a different location. Do not recommend!!! Uncharges Sauces !!!!! Ordered through drive thru, 2 biggie bags with bbq and ranch and 2 kids cheese... burgers with no onion? pull up to the window and the manager and associate was really rude. All we asked is for extra napkins..they held on to the card for a while, we had to wait till they gave us the card to drive away.. We pull around and notice wedon?t have any Sauces and the burgers had onion on it. My husband walks inside and asked for the sauces we didn?t get but theassociate was rude and said she was definitely sure she gave the sauces. She asked him to grab each bag so she could check butit was in the car the manager came up and then told the associate to get three of each sauce in Spanish, (my husband is fluent).The associate came back with the sauces and then proceeded to then charge him .50c a sauce. My husband disagreed and walkedout.. we drive through the window again and that?s when she said it?s .25c a sauce. We did end up paying for the sauces becauseeverything was so dry. After seeing all these Ads for Wendy?s Breakfast, I decided to try them today on Election Day so I can have some extra fun with... the family. I wanted my kids to vote on which sandwich is the best tasting so I ordered 4 different ones. I have highexpectations for this location because of the good reviews but was very disappointed after seeing the overcooked or almostburned sausage patties which are dry and hard to chew. My son almost bit into one. I will never, ever feed my family food thatcan be harmful to them. I don?t know how they let this happen, but they need to check the quality of their food before servingthem to customers. And this happened TWICE on 2 of 4 different sandwiches that I bought today. The pictures says it all.Management needs to train their employees better in order to improve their customer service and overall business. This istotally unacceptable. They need to correct this practice as Customers deserve better. Read more
