Watch out for this wing stop.I usually eat pretty often and the food is good ,but tonight it was awful . I ordered Boneless Meal Deal 20 Boneless 4 flavors of chicken wings 5 ??each, but the Korean spicy sauce flavor was missing one,... so I only received 19 chicken wings. And I suspect the food was stolen by the staff. My order takeaway bag was not fullysealed. Also the food was not good, it was a bad experience! Read more

The wings and food items here are good, but it is a must that you double check your order is complete before you leave! Do not... trust that they read your order back at you when they give it to you, it is wrong! Trust me, every time something has beenwrong. They don't answer the phone so don't bother placing a phone order, online orders are not ready at promise time. The staffis friendly and kind but they lack leadership! Definitely could use a good team leader to put things in order. I have beensitting here for 7 minutes waiting for my thighs that were not put in my bag 30 minutes ago when I picked up my order and thereare other customers with same issues!!! Read more
I walked into my neighborhood wingstop. Place was busy cashier looked frustrated. Frustrated cashier told us to wait outside. I... told her been 20 to 25 min already waiting for my order. Frustrated cashier checked to see if my order was ready and told us 10more mins. I waited in my vehicle and my wife waited for the food. She finally brought the food to the vehicle. I told her whatabout our drinks, drinks weren't ready and we waited 10 more mins. I walked in restuarant the cashier notice me she placed mydrinks on the counter, she walked to the back was looking for my order, she said some rude comments within her mask which ididnt appreciate. She turn around and walked to the front counter saw me with the look of oops after rude comments. I was likedang, i told her i already have my food. I left with my drinks very disappointed with the service. Family and I sat home eatingour food chicken was rushed, chicken were plane, not covered in sauce, chicken wasnt cooked. I went in with my girlfriend to order one small order of food for us to share , about 45 mins before they were supposed to... close. Any normal person would assume thats more than enough time to cook a small order. We were the only ones in there withcountless dashers coming in and out. Anyways, we finally got our food maybe 40 minutes later. Within 5 minutes of them bringingour food to the table, one of the staff comes to our table to give us approximately 5 minutes to pack up and leave due to themclosing the store. I understand you have to close, but we had planned on dining in, with more than enough time to spare.Apprently not, they kicked us out way before we finished our food. Idk. Probably will not go here again. Terrible customerservice. Most restaraunts will allow you to finish your food if theyre closing. Very rude. Read more
