Two machines were not working and it was very busy as expected. Unfortunately they did not have enough staffing to accommodate.

I was charged almost $40 about a year later. I?ve been waiting patiently for a refund and a response from the actual branch... owner- but they have yet to respond. This is unexceptable! If you want frozen yogurt I suggest going to a menchi location or aseparate location from this Ontario branch altogether. Because of an issue with their system I was charged almost $40?! For fearof this happening again- I suggest taking your business elsewhere- buyer beware! Legally you?re only supposed to backcharge acustomer about 31 or so days later- not a whole year- this is basically theft. Read more
Brought my kids for some yogurt? I?m sure employees can wait for customers to leave so they can sweep.. But no little gf was... right behind us almost sweeping between our feet. Very rude, no common sense. Never coming back again. Read more
Unfortunately I had to choose different flavors.. Because they didn't have any cheesecake or strawberry yogurt. I definitely... would make sure strawberries available because that's a popular flavor. The guy who helped me didn't even realize those flavorswere out. And they were already opened an hour. Read more
Great place. Always nice and clean. Staff is always friendly. Great Wednesday deal for $5 any 16oz fill up of frozen yogurt with... any topping. Oh my son I are so full. It was delicious. We have been here lots of times during the summer as it's around thecorner from our home. But we got a craving for something sweet tonight and went in today. Great choice! Read more

Tables, chairs, floors were dirty. Trash cans were full. I wanted to get a sample and one of the girls came from the back,... walked right passed me and didn't ask if I need help so I just didn't get anything n left. I don't think non employees should behandling the sample cups which all the customers who came in did. Poor service but the girls party in the back sounded lit. Read more
