This was the worst experience I've had lately. Got there around 6pm and we are told that they are out of fajitas and all steaks.... Stingy on the portions for what you pay. The queso cheese had been sitting and was not hot at all so it was clumpy. Then thegirl checking us out I asked her for some chips and she tried to make an excuse on not being able to bag them but little did sheknow there was another coworker behind her bagging Chips. The food is usually good. There is always a line. There is seating but it is limited and the restaurant is suited for carryout... or pick up and go customers. This establishment has progressively went downhill hill this last year. Not only was they out of multiple items and had multiple... untrained staff on the line, but they served me RAW chicken in my bowl & somehow the bowl has became 1/2 the quantity they usedto be and are just as expensive. I used to work here four years ago, and the team was fantastic. The food was always hot and ready for the customers. The place... has changed dramatically, the staff is always sluggish with no regard for the customer?s need. I have visit this location fourtimes in hope it was just a bad experience. I had a burrito, my wife had a bowl. The food was delicious, and more than a meal for us. We took it to the dining room where... there was not one clean table. I order here with my friend and we are both are college students and we were hungry for lunch and we decided to get chipotle.... Sadly the portion we got was like 1 scoop of rice and like 5-10 pieces of steak and like a tiny pinch of the toppings we wanted.All of that for $10.10 like that?s not worth it go spend your money and lunch somewhere else. !!! Usually I have no issues with Chipotle but this experience was not great. We ordered online, 3 bowls, and each one were missing... items. I ordered online and they had plenty of time to make it since we do not live in town and in a rural area. I'm more thanwilling to wait for my order so it's made correct. So dissatisfied. First of all our burrito was literally on 4 inches long. And I specifically asked for extra cheese and sour... cream like I went to the extent of even putting it as my name and they still didn?t put any sour cream. I got little cheese andno sour cream.
