I ordered a turkey sandwich and was given very stale hard bread. I ask the waitress for fresh bread. She bright back slightly... fresher bread. When I mentioned that the menu said multigrain bread she said( I don't make it). Very rude. My daughter orderedthe birthday cake pancake. It was soggy and gross. I will not return. Read more
Always loved the food at IHOP but our last visit kind of soured that. Very slow service and the food was not the good quality we... remembered. I don?t blame the staff though? nice lady who helped us said there was only 3 of them there total that night and shehad been there for over 12 hours. She even called in her son to come help them was dishes. Management needs to do a better jobof staffing the place! Read more

I was actually very surprised, I got there to pick up my order which should have been done and after waiting 10 minutes for them... to bring it out we went in to get it cause I thought it was going to be cold. However part of it was not done yet, so afterwaiting another 10 minutes I got my food drove it home another 7 minutes, fully dreading what I expected would now be cold eggs,only to get home and have an even better food experience than I had in many other restraunts when dinning in. Everything wasactually still hot, and tasted delicious. I know some probably would deduct a star for the wait when it was supposed to beready, but I personally don't mind waiting if the food is good. Slow service to be seated and at first to be waited on. But once we're waited on things went well. We ordered breakfast for our... lunch. Enjoyed their fall specials: caramel apple and Reese's Pieces pancakes. You must like peanut butter to enjoy the Reese'sPieces pancakes. Read more
