No problem giving 5 stars to this place. They catered our wedding and we couldn't be happier! Robert and his catering staff were... very welcoming and took very good care of us. We got catering for about 80 people and at a very decent price! Food was out ofthis world and everyone enjoyed it. They were on time and had the food set up perfectly for everyone. We went into Old Carolina Barbecue Tonight not expecting much and we're pleasantly surprised. The food was super affordable for... what we got, and the staff was on point! This place will make it much more affordable to feed my family of seven which is alwaysa great plus. And the food? So good! The coleslaw was amazing. I recently moved to Mansfield from a larger city, and the BBQ options are limited here. We?ve eaten at Carolina a few times and... the food has been good. (It?s the only reason I?m giving a extra star) Today I ordered online arrived at the time allotted andwaited 10-15 minutes. When I got home the 1/2 slab of ribs is missing. So I have to drive back. There are no cars in the drivethru. I wait another 15 minutes just for someone to come to the speaker. I?ve worked in the service industry a long time. I?vemanaged national chains. The response should never be sorry here?s your food. At least offer a coupon, discount or free dessert.I realize good help is hard to find but it takes minimal effort to make a loss a win in the restaurant business. Read more

This place is always clean when you walk in. Staff is friendly and helpful in every way. The next time, I visit I am going to... dine in so I can relax and wait on my food. They bring your food out to you. I tip every visit because it is just the rightthing to do when you have good service and hot food. Read more

It's a bit on the pricey side, but the food is so worth it. for the 6 of us we paid a little over $100, but the food was brought... to us and we were treated very respectfully. The food however was the best part, it had so much flavor and was freshly made.Would recommend at least a visit! Read more

I cant give it a 4.5 so i have to give it a 5.0. It was good, I had there make your own bowl and I had mac&cheese, pulled pork,... and some of there fried green onions. The pulled pork was good, and the noodles for the mac&cheese were really big, but in myopinion I only found the fried onions ok. I don't know if it was the taste or texture but it didn't have much buzzass to mytaste-buds. I also had some corn bread. It was nice and moist and with there cinnamon butter it is magnificent. Literally 26.00 for This and it wasn?t even good ??????????? I asked if each largest side they had was enough for four people... each and they said yes. Little got 12 hush puppies for for 8 or 9 but if I get it by the small order for 2.00 I get 6 so are youserious? I?m shocked at the service and even more shocked at the food ?.
