Had a group dinner here on a Saturday night. Buffet style meal was decent. Staff was very friendly!
Great place for meetings and dinner! Nice food selection and the serving staff was friendly and helpful.
A lot of food,but most of it was lukewarm at best.Want my food to be hot.Potatoes,gravy, meatloaf Mac and cheese not warm at... all.No pecan pie,was apple and some cheesecake.The place,carpet looked dirty.Could have used some Holiday cheer with music andsome candles or white lights.No floral or Holiday ornaments depicting Thanksgiving.No music either.Kust seemed depressing. We hired Ontario Event Center for our wedding in August and let me just say, WOW! From the initial taste testing all the way up... to our wedding, they went above and beyond to exceed any and all expectations we had. Maria is who I worked directly with andshe is amazing. I am fructose intolerant and she worked hard with their vendors to make sure there was a pop that I could drinkon my wedding day. Maria is phenomenal. The food was absolutely delicious and all of our guests have been raving about it since.The servers were so very sweet and you can tell that they take pride in their services. Went here for an event and really liked the service (catering). The place was clean and had generous space for both the event... and for hanging coats. There is a bar which serves alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Non alcoholic beverages were free ofcharge and booze can be paid for by cash or card, making it convenient for everybody. Read more
Had mothers day “brunch” here because it looked nice for the family to meet between Columbus and Cleveland. So disappointed.... Very few choices. No breakfast items to speak of. Dinner food was awful. Could make better from frozen microwave food. Servedroast top sirloin as the centerpiece. Not roast beef or prime rib. Not edible. Even mashed potatoes sucked and gravy was cold.Salad was ok. Desert was ok. I never ever write reviews but this place is so bad I had to. Read more
Mz1aria the Catering manager is great. Unfortunately, the current leadership above her won't let her do her thing. More... worried about making a dollar today instead of a much larger profit in the future. This place cuts more corners than anyplace I've ever seen. The leadership is so hot and cd on how they treat staff. They yell at their staff and definitely playsfavoritism. The place is so outdated with its decor, drink choices, good menu selectiosn etc. Food trends that hit the biggercities don't make it on this menu for another 10 yeats. The steaks the 4k%y advertise as prime or Choice are in fact not evengraded. The food used to be a 4.4 out of 5. Now it's a 2.5. Read more
