What I experienced tonight i have experienced many times at this location. I have held off on leaving a review because I... thought maybe it was a supply chain issue or something. But they keep doing this and they are the only ones in my town havingthis issue. They are out of multiple items every time I go. Doesn't matter the time of day. Tonight was the last straw for me. Iordered even though they were out of nearly everything, and the rice was hard and they forgot my egg roll I paid for. If you runout of items this often, there is an operations issue. You didn't order enough food from your supplier or your supplier isntdelivering on time. They aren't saying "it'll be a minute while we cook it up". They are saying they are completely out. Lovethe food when they do have it, but 90% of the time you can count on them being without 3-5 items. Read more
When we walked in, everything looked clean and the staff looked like they were doing there jobs, everything looked clean. When... we were ordering food, the staff member that was taking our order didn't really seem to know what was all in the food items butwent to ask at least but also didn't really seem to friendly so I don't know if maybe she was just having a bad day or not.There wasn't much of any of the food items left from what it looked like as well but overall, not a bad experience. My husband and I walked in, we were the only customers there. There were 7 employees working in my view and they all just... ignored us for about 5 minutes or so. Then someone finally took our order and plated my food. Then proceeded to tell my husbandthey were out of white rice. He asked how long it would be and the worker mumbled and walked away. She was gone several minutesand brought back a serving pan full of white rice and 3 young serves stood by and chatted for several more minutes while theyscooped the rice from the pan into the holding container. When we finally asked if we were going to be served they got alldefensive. We explained that we could see them chatting they were only 2 feet away from us but denied it was a problem.Apparently it takes 3 people to get white rice. Long story short. Terrible, immature customer service. I guess it's better to gothrough the drive through. They were serving them all before us anyway. Read more
They really got rid of the sweet and sour sauce for the eggrolls and have that orange is looking sweet and sour in the packets... instead. Worst decision I think they ever made. The last two tome si got the beef and broccoli there was maybe 4 small pieces ofbeef and the rest was all broccoli. If you already have to settle for this instead of a Chinese restaurant it's a majordisappointment. Read more
If I could leave a 0 star rating i would . Horrible . After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru for someone to take my order,... they tell me there out of chow mein noodles, super greens and the hot wok shrimp is no longer available even though its on theresign . So basically everything i wanted they didnt have after waiting all that time . I dont know how this place is still inbusiness . Read more
Very good food. Clean and well maintained. Had to wait for chicken teriyaki to be made but to be expected when so popular. I got... the new black pepper sirloin steak and orange chicken, with chow mein and fried rice. Food was all hot and cooked thoroughly. Definitely worth eating and reasonable prices. Read more
We weren't impressed by the entree to side ratio. Food was good & hot. Price was reasonable. Nothing at all to compare to... general tso's.. so we stopped at another place to get my fiance's fav. Pic is the fire cracker chicken with 1 side of fried rice(bowl) Read more
We walked in ~7 p.m. on 20 Nov 2022, and they were scheduled to close at 9. There was no line. They appeared to be cleaning... up. We asked if they were closed and were told they were not. After being ignored for over 5 minutes, we still had no oneready to take our order. We asked to speak to the manager, and he then turned and walked away from us. We left and will notreturn. Read more
