The food is really good the prices are reasonable especially in today's times 2022. The reason for the four stars is we had two... children under the age of two with us they told us our weight would be 15 minutes it was 55 minutes. Other than that they werereally good for what we had. They could have offered a free drink for the wait time. I really would say for a corporate place they have always done a great job. I have probably been to four locations and each have... been consistent and offer a fair price for a good meal. Would I say it is the best steak I have ever had? No. But for the price-I would say it is well worth the occassional visit to fill up. The rolls with cinammon butter is always a treat as well. My kids and I had a fantastic time. My 1st time eating there and it was spot on. It was my granddaughter Iris birthday and they... made her feel special. Wife and myself stopped in for our anniversary, Staff was fast and attentive at seating us, we did feel a bit uncomfortable as... some associate with the staff in plain clothes was hanging around our table / waiters area on his phone for some time. It washarmless but felt weird. Food was great, we ended up ordering more then we could handle. Read more
Stopped today for lunch and everything was really good. Waiter was excellent and has refills without asking. Checked back to... make sure everything was good. The rolls will look at them, are waiter tried waiting on our table and another table at the same time infact our food came out... on the same try, for got my wife's apple sauce had to go back and get it for got My gravy had to go back and get it, and didn'tbring My side kick of ribs till we were about done. First let me say the servers were good. Did their job to the best of their ability. Thats why its not a one star. Now lets start... with the butter, cheese and bacon concoction they whipped up in a cup for our baked potatoes (when did the separation stop).Bread was over cooked. Never in my life have I received bread that hard and brown from a Texas Roadhouse. Ran out of butter forthe over cooked bread and croutons for the salad. Sides were cold once we got them. Ice T was hot once I received my food(seriously lite iced me) didn’t even want a refill. Just needed a cup of ice. Destroyed Sunday dinner. 1 star to the kitchen 2to the servers. Read more
I get food to go here fairly often, and normally no issues. However, I give a 4 outta five because last time I got food to go... there, it looked like someone limply gathered my fries with one hand, and simply tossed them in the box. It seems fair to assumethat had I went in and ate, I would have received the order of fries I paid for, as they'd know a server would have to hand themto me. The quantity of fries wouldn't have been accepted, likely even by the server. However, I got them to go and didn't checkthe box till home. So it's likely whoever prepared my food, as with many service industries, simply didn't care, threw maybe7-10 fries in the box and likely thought "who cares? We are busy." I usually don't have anything to complain about and foodbeing cooked strangely or even getting an order wrong wouldn't irritate me as much as the pathetic order of fries. It reallyfelt like a combination of laziness and disdain for someone daring to order food. I digress. They usually do a really good job. Read more
