Went by yesterday after doing some shopping. Terrible. The only reason I knew I was eating an ice cream cone was that it was... cold and white and in a cone. They must be using some super secret mixture that is supposed to imitate ice cream without tastinglike it. Absolutely no flavor, did I say terrible?? Won't be back. Read more
HORRIBLE service!!! Heard the staff dropping the f-bomb, and not being willing to help us get ice for our drink, we asked for a... refund. There was no manager on duty. The girl who said she was in charge was not willing to help us and was very very rude!!This place has gone downhill a lot over the last few years. We tried to call and speak to somoene, and the phones just rang, nomatter what time of the day we called. Guess they don't care about customer serivce or retaining a customer at this location. Someone needs to look at what this place is doing and whip them into shape. Read more
I ordered a Peanut Butter shake from the Ontario branch, and it was so disappointing! There was hardly any Peanut Butter, which... alone is not the end of the world. However, not even the base of vanilla shake tasted good! It was like drinking milk with a bitof sugar. No vanilla flavor. No peanut butter flavor. Just bland. Not sure I will be coming back. Very disappointed.. In the drive through the girl taking our order seriously acted like she just hated her life. She snapped at... us when we asked if they were able to make a make a s?more blizzard instead of a milkshake. Instead of just telling us theycouldn?t, she was very rude in her tone and response. She had a bit shorter than shoulder length, black hair and EXTREMELY longnails. Kind of weird for a food service job because I?m pretty sure hair needs to be up and you can?t have that extensively longof nails because it?s a health hazard?? We ended up getting the milkshake version and I swear it must?ve been in the fridge forhours or just left out because it was MELTED. Literally the consistency of water or milk. Read more
We went to take our kids for some ice cream. We went in, and stood for 10 minutes without even seeing any employees. We were... the only ones in line, and there was only 3 or 4 cars in the drive through. I can?t believe that we never even saw an employee.Had to leave without ice cream for the kids. Read more
We went through the drive through for a couple blizzards. Fast and friendly. The blizzards were good. The guy at the drive... through was awesome. His energy was fun. We all needed ice cream after dinner last night. Thanks goodness they were open. We had Sundaes and Blizzards even though it... was 24 degrees outside when we got home. It was great. Smooth, just what we wanted, and chocolate-y. Very good, we will goback!!!!! Read more
