The food here used to taste more fresh then it does nowadays whenever I get a buttery jack it tastes dried out instead of juicy... and when I order something especially later at night I have a high chance of missing something in my order. Read more
We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and there were only three young adults working total. They were very polite and... professional. We don't have any Jack in the Box where we live in Utah ??. I go to Jack in the Box when I can when traveling.The food was as good as I remember. I got three tacos (people love them or hate them - there is no in between). I eat low carb and try to order burgers with no bun, twice the burger was the wrong one, that got resolved by going in and... checking the burger before leaving the establishment. Today I decided to order at the drive thru a Jumbo Jack and will take offthe bun myself, but found that they gave me a crispy chicken sandwich instead, even if I throw out the bun the carbs are stillthere. I called several times but no answer. I am very hesitant to go back anymore because they may think I am a problemcustomer instead of realizing that changes need to be made to ensure they give the customer what they order. Read more
Absolutely great service! Went very early in the morning (about 3:30AM) to pick up a mobile order in the drive-thru. As soon as... I pulled up to the speaker I was greeted and quickly directed to pull up to the window. My order came out decently fast, andeverything was hot and fresh, and my requests were all accurately completed. The gentleman working was also super kind to my dog(bonus points) who was riding along side me. I'm happy I chose to get breakfast here and based on the food quality and excellentservice I would definitely consider it again in the future. Read more
Food and service are good enough for fast food, however I found the cashier a bit rude and not enjoying her work at all. The... food came out and wasn't bad. The chocolate milkshake looked like vanilla with a hint of chocolate and tasted that way accordingto daughter. I will go back because jack makes a decent burger and it beats the other burger place near there for food. Read more
I stopped at Jack's today 6/26 passing through town and orderd 2 curly fries and all I got was a single curly fry mixed with... seasoned fries. Didn't notice until I was down the road. We dont have Jack in the Box where I live. And its a special treat tosink my teeth and lather my taste buds on Jack's famous curly fries. Read more
Been there several times they always screw up my order.... Honestly I'd give them zero stars if I could. They were litterly out... of napkins, hot sauce, motzerlla sticks. Very disappointed Read more
