As with so many places post Covid, there isn't enough staff, lobby hours are unpredictable, they run out of basics often and the... drive thru can be a 30 minute wait at high traffic times. The staff is usually smiling in spite of this, and it is as deliciousas taco bell can be. The strawberry ???? lemonade ???? is pretty darn good though! Read more

I'm offering a dual review, one to be fair and the other to be real. First, I purchased two burritos yesterday, the order was... fast and hot. The food was ok, as expected for the price. I asked for the burritos to be grilled, but they weren't, I alsodidn't receive a receipt. Now the real review. I purchased food a week ago. The cost seemed high so I expected the receipt. They didn't give it to me originally, had to ask for it and what I received after leaving was someone else's receipt. I calleddays later, asked for a manager, spoke with an assistant and after commenting about not receiving a receipt in the bag I wastold it would be fixed. From my earlier comment, Taco Bell food is well known, customer service is unique at each location. I'ma stickler that if I purchase something I should receive a receipt without questions. The primary thing that needs to get fixedat this location is customer service. Read more

Since moving to the area, I have aquainted myself with this location on two occasions and there will not be a third. The first... time, I ordered carryout and was severely disappointed by the absence of several ingredients I know are in the dishes at everyother location. The food was cold and thrown out. Deciding to give it another chance, we went through the drive thru and ordereda different item. This visit was just as bad. Not even the soda was good. Not worth a return. Read more

We did get some food, and that's the only reason for a star. ???? Everything was wrapped exactly the same, they weren't made how... we asked nor did we receive the right type of meat or beans. I ordered a vegetarian black bean crunchwrap and clearly gotmeat. I also have absolutely no proof of my visit because I wasn't offered a receipt didn't get one even upon telling them thatthey got our order wrong at the window. We eat out pretty much 7 days a week and we have not had a good Taco Bell experience andat least 6 months. Read more

All freezes except mango which I cannot do were broken after I had already paid and they refused to refund. I asked to speak to... a manager and the employee Becka lied and said she was the manager. She has nothing, not even a name tag indicating she was amanager and told me I would have to wait till Saturday to speak to a manager. This employee is clearly not a manager as nocompany in their right minds would hire someone with this customer service as a manager. Read more

I was only passing through so I can't say if my experience was unique or not but I can't remember a worse fast food experience... in recent memory. I was told that they were short staffed so the wait for food was long. They had a sign up saying they were outof several items. It was only after I had ordered my food that I discovered that their machine that makes slushy drinks wasbroken. They forgot my drink order altogether until I reminded them. Their soda fountain was not calibrated and was giving outflat and watery drinks. I can at least say that the dining room was tidy. Read more

The quantity of the food is skimpy. Just about every time I order there they get the order wrong. Multiple times I have received... spicy food in place of what was ordered. If you love spicy foods that's great, however, if you don't, not only have you wastedyour money, time, and fuel you no longer get to eat your meal. All I can say is that they suck! Read more

Rude staff and the wait times are AWFUL to start. Then I get home, which is 1.5 miles from the restaurant and my tacos we're not... even luke warm. They were cold and looked like someone had smashed them. I worked for a Taco bell once upon a time, if ANY of mystaff produced food like this they would have been retrained, if they still couldn't do it they would be gone. This store needsa new manager and new trainers. Because tacos like that is unacceptable! TBs drive through used to have a 1 minute standard.From the time the car pulled up to the speaker you had one minute for their food to be made, cashed out and pulled out you allin just one minute, this place you wait 30 min just to get to the speaker. It's just plain AWFUL!! And yes a 1 minute drivethrough time is very much doable! Read more
