I am just a coffee junkie. If there is a Starbucks, I'm gonna get some coffee. To be fair, they do have a very solid selection... of coffee, from fancy to a cup-a-joe. They also have some nice breakfast sandwiches. Overall, the folks I deal with aregenuinely nice. There's always that one who makes you count to ten, but they are rare at Starbucks. Read more
My husband has been going here for so long the entire staff knows who he is! Excellent service, cool vibe though part of the... vibe is very loud music which is probably due to the fact it's close to the University... but once you adjust for that it's anawesome place to nurse the coffee and dream about future endeavors. This location used to be amazing. The staff there now is not patient, helpful nor do they enjoy what they do. They expect you to... know the menu as if you work there. The food is cold even when you ask it to be warmed up. You have to ask for a straw andnapkins. I rather drive further to Hamilton then to stop here that it is 5 min from my home. Read more
OOLTEWAH STARBUCKS you all rock!! this is literally the best starbucks in this area & all the way to dalton.. don?t ask how i... know ???? they always get my order correct & make it the same exact way each time. joy & tyler & garry & all the baristas who idon?t know by name are always so lovely. they all know my order by heart & are always so kind. they ask about your day & arejust genuinely nice people. i enjoy seeing them every day. ?? I really enjoy this Starbucks location. The staff is super nice & the store is very large. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is... the location can be a little tricky to get in & out of since you are right off the interstate, on a main road in Ooltewah. Themusic can also be a touch loud for some folks (myself included) if you're there when the store isn't super crowded. Besidesthose 2 pretty small things, it's a great spot! Read more
Excellent coffee and as expected, fast and consistent drinks that come out right the first time.
Tried a vanilla Frappuccino in my vintage color-changing confetti cup. Excellent! I?ll add a flavor like raspberry next time, it... was a little bland at the end. Still top notch. Read more
A nice location, even for a company with as many political biases as Starbucks. Only real complaint was the tight parking lot,... and the front door was a bit confusing to find. Read more
