Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru at 8 p.m on Thursday night and the service itself was terrible and the food was... trash ! My buffalo wrap was COLD and hard and the fries were OLD. We asked for fresh fries after seeing that the ones we gotwere no good and sat and waited for 15 minutes for them to turn 2 small fries into 1. Oh but the best part was that the only afew fries on the top were fresh but the rest ? COLD and the same old fries. The employees were just chillin like it was a hangout spot. Read more
I like Arby's. I used to REALLY like Arby's (arby-q, anyone?). I like their Ruben and their gyros. They are a little expensive... but they all are now. I will even eat those greasy cold curly fries. They finally got pickles and I hope they keep them. Read more
The worse Arbys I've ever been to. Went through drive thru, ordered two side salads, one with balsamic vinaigrette and the... other ranch and a small crinkle fry..I repeated my order twice. Got to window, paid and even repeated order to young lady...Iget home lettuce is brown and wilted, the dressing is totally different from what I ordered and curly fries...not crinkle. I like going to Arby?s through the drive through but the line was extremely long today. I got out of line and went inside. ... The inside lines are usually long but the food is always tastes really fresh. The Wagyu beef burger is a limited special theyhave available and I wanted to try it.
