This was our first time here. The staff was super friendly and food was great. I don?t understand the 2 & 3 star reviews just... because you have to get your own drinks and pick up your food at the counter (although ours was brought to our table) Price wascomparable to same style pizza places. pizza is unbelievably good! owned/worked by a DISABLED VETERAN and his daughter, who were both extremely attentive and kind. to... anyone giving low reviews due to having to pour your own drinks? grow up!!! food was amazing, NOT overly overpriced as peopleare making it out to seem (average for a quality pizza place, sorry it?s not $5 take out from papa johns) and well worth everypenny. would recommend eating here to anyone. Although the restaurant was understaffed on the night we went, the lady who took our order-ran the cash register and served our... table, was phenomenal. She had a great personality and was able to give us personalized service, which I appreciated. The foodwas very good and the portions were ample. Our wait time for a table was zero minutes and we had our food within 10 minutes.There is also a second level dining area for younger patrons as well as a very successful takeout counter for those who want tocall ahead and order. It is a little expensive, but overall I would recommend the Brick Oven Pizza company for a pleasantevening. Read more
The pizza was hot and so yummy. The molten taters were amazing. Our salads were fresh and tasty. Please be aware they may be out... of certain food items and seem to be short staffed. However, the blonde woman with the hoop earrings, the young man with thehoodie, and the young man with the shell necklace were busting their butts, working as a team, and providing phenomenalcustomer service. Even though like every place else they are short-staffed they still took excellent care of us. The pizza was fresh and delicious... and hot I had the calzone the mushroom spinach which was absolutely delicious. The drinks are basically self-serve but that'sfine too. Took the family for lunch, very clean establishment. The greeting was not all there by the workers. The pizzas were good we had... the cheese pizza and the supreme pizza, even though I ordered the classics pepperoni. Server gave us our pizza but we had toserve our own drinks and clean our tables. I would say this is a good spot for a lunch date. If you take the whole family of 6you will spend a nice dollar here. Read more
Since reopening the operating model of the restaurant has changed. Instead of being seated and given a menu/being served; there... is a different process. Once entering you are hollered at to come back to the bar. You look at a menu screwed to the barfront, place your order, pay and are given plates, glasses, silverware and a buzzer. Guests dill their own drinks, must gettheir own food when the buzzer goes off and must clear their own tables. I asked the guy at the bar if this model was due to astaffing shortage. He advised that they were short staffed but this would be how they operated in the future. The food was good- just as it has always been. This is the only reason for 2 stars. I personally am unable to reconcile the price point withhaving to do everything myself. I will not be going back. Read more
Amazing Italian food! The calizones were great. Good crust with great flavor, though the wait was a bit long. It was about an... hour after being seated, despite there only being one other party when we arrived. Not the employees fault at all though, therestaurant ran out of tomato sauce and cheese immediately after we sat down. Bathroom was not very clean either, but the foodand friendliness of the employees defintely made up for the wait. Read more
