I go to this location almost every week day for breakfast, never have any issues. The folks in the morning are on point during... the week. Complete 180 degree turn on Sunday. The people who work on Sunday morning don't want to be there or do any work. Theyare always "out" of biscuits, or rather don't want to make any is more like it. Monday through Friday on point, you might aswell not even open on Sunday. Read more

Terrible customer service. I placed my order & moved down the counter to wait. The lady giving out the orders called out my... number. I checked my bag, and instead of 3 8 piece chickens and 1 cheese sticks order, I had 4 8 pieces. Was also missing my 5drinks. I stood there over 5 minutes before she would acknowledge me. When she finally did, she looked at me like I was annoyingher and I said I was still waiting on 6 items. She said, ?HOW you missin? SIX items MA?AM?!? I told her my 5 drinks and cheesesticks were missing. She said, ?Yo cheese sticks are in a bag MA?AM. I put em in there. In a bag like the nuggets MA?AM.? Like Iwas lying. So I had to pull out all 4 bags to prove I wasn?t lying. She looked in each one (no gloves) didn?t tell me sorry forspeaking that way, THREW AWAY one of the bags of chicken (my kids would?ve eaten the extra instead of wasting them like that)and then walked off to get the rest of the stuff. This is by far the worst chicken sandwich I've ever eat!!!! It was cooked really hard an tasted like cardboard. The bread was... stale and very dry!! ???? I have never posted a review like this before however felt that it was needed to help the next person. When placing my order I... ordered cheese on my burger and 2 extra sauces that I fully expected to pay. When I reached the second window I was given myorder without cheese. I advised of my incorrect order, Kyle closed the window and a second person came and advised me that myorder was without cheese and simple closed the window. Then the manager came to the window and gave me my order, that wasincorrect. I ask, do I have my 2 extra sauces, with a reply of yes! I looked in the bag no sauce. I sat at the window until Kylecame back and said what do you want. I said that the sauce was not in the bag and may I have two he closed the window. Went tothe manager again about dipping sauce then returned advising me I would only get 1. If you want two then you have to pay .27 Hethen advised me that I had an attitude. I gave him the .30 got my sauce then advised me to move along without giving me mychange. He was rude and out of line..... My simple question is where has the "Have it your way gone"? I took my order home andwill never go back. This is no way to treat a customer over Cheese and Sauce. Chick-fil-a, will get my business goingforward. Read more
