This is the 3rd time driving from Alexander city to patronize this business only to get there and it?s online ordering only. I... need to see my food being made. Ordering online is not for everyone. Employees were friendly. Food was good although many options were missing, making the menu options unreliable. This location is... not operating at full service for walk-in customers. They prioritize online orders above people there in person, so you willwait a long time in line even when few people are there, and online orders will take menu items even if they are placed afteryou arrive. The dining area was filthy. There were no clean tables, there was trash on the floor, chairs were on half of thetables two hours before closing, straws and forks were needed, soda tasted flat. Here's the thing. The food is better than the other restaurants in this tier, and the music they play is cooler as well. But the... customer service is just as mediocre as McDonald's. It takes so long to get your order if it's in the evening that you ought tohave other things occupying you, because it's gonna be an hour. Better off not ordering. Your crew need to do better while making orders. I got a salad an there was barely any lettuce in my bowl.
I always order the steak Quesadillas. They are so good and definitely worth the price. I always order online and I never have to... wait. My only thing is regardless of what time you put for pick up. They make your food immediately. Which can sometime lead tocold food?. Read more
Not a single clean table, garbage all over the floors and everything in disarray. Mentioned it, they didn?t care. I also asked... if their queso was spicy? she said ?we don?t have spicy queso?? although it was so spicy none of us could finish it.
