Used drive thru for a very large order and everything was perfect with only 3 staff members working.
I ordered two famous bowls and each one is supposed to come with a cookie and a drink. The woman never asked for my drink order... and when I got to the window I asked if it came with a drink and she said no. The woman had an awful attitude and genuinelyacted like she hated her job. I called both KFC locations in Auburn and Opelika this particular location did not answer thephone but the Auburn location answered the phone and confirmed that it is supposed to come with a drink and a cookie. If you?regoing to charge your customers the full amount you might as well give them what they bought instead of being too lazy to pourdrink and grab a cookie. Read more
What can I say, I have and always will love KFC. It's my favorite place to buy chicken. Also you don't have to wait long.

I placed an online order and am totally disgusted with the product I received. I ordered a 3 piece with TWO breast and ONE wing,... I got TWO wings and ONE breast, OVERcooked and dry. The food was hot, but could not taste any seasoning in the potatoes or the chicken. We ordered half and half tea and was given... sweet (very sweet), plus there was something black in husband's cup. Looked like when the tea containers are not been cleanedout between uses and it leaves slimy looking stuff. Read more
Purchased 2 $5 fill-ups after a long wait (8 minutes) to have my order taken. I wanted an extra-crispy breast, but would have... had to wait another 15 minutes. This was at dinner time when one would have expected plenty of choices available. Brought homeand found that the cookies were missing in both boxes. Worst of all, the chicken pieces were very small. After eating our meals,we were still hungry and unsatisfied. Normally the $5 fill-ups are very satisfying. Will remember this the next time we arewanting fast food chicken and will likely go elsewhere. Read more
Every time I go to this restaurant they either messed up my order I have to go back and get it corrected or I get told 500... different things tonight. It was oh it?ll be 18 minutes on the chicken and I?m guessing she forgot that I was still therebecause she was taking my order and I?m guessing she thought I left I was like oh there?s no chicken.
