Probably would've gone 4 Stars, but honestly the Food was the best part. Service not so much...took quite a minute to even get a... Server, then we were only asked for our order and pretty much ghosted once the food came out. No checking on us, and asking"How's everything? Do you need Drink refills?" I had to actually flag him down to get a to go box & check....Busy but notswamped...we had empty tables around us...also I have to remember that they drown the Ceasar Salad...halfway thru it, becomessoggy...my bad cuz it happened last time too and I meant to say "Lightly dressed" Read more
Service was very good. Most food was also very good. The salad and baked potato were delicious. But this is the second time... someone has confused a medium well steak on the order with a medium rare steak on serving. The well done order was excellent.But the medium well serving was bright red on the inside instead of being a redish brown. Last time this happened, I sent thesteak back, only to have to wait quite a long while for the cooking to be finished. It was as if they started with a while newpiece of steak. I did not have that much time to wait tonight. If I do back, I will just ask for my serving to be cookedmedium, then the communication may not get mixed up. Read more
There are 3 reason why i give Long Horn 5 stars. 1. I place my order online and its usually always ready quickly. 2. I'm older... and don't have a big appetite. Long Horn has a kids steak meal that comes with a side, a loaf of bread and a drink for under$9. That is a good deal. 3. Even though I like my steak well done, it is still juicy enough to eat. We have visited many Longhorn Steakhouse?s all across the south. This location has some good people and good food. Our latest... venture got us sat in the bar area and Laura Lee was our waitress. If you get the opportunity and can wait for her to take careof you, do it. She is very personable and cares about her customers. We will definitely be back to see this energetic anddelightful lady. Our food was delicious. Our waitress was great as well! We made sure to leave her a good tip!! So many businesses are struggling... with having employees so it's great to see people still working hard with a smile on their face! Great job to the entire staff! Read more
Had a wonderful experience here. You could tell much of the staff were new, but management kept everything running smoothly and... efficiently. My glass didn't stay empty for long and the food was delicious. Can easily recommend dining here. Read more
