Update: I was asked to give this location another chance, so I decided to stop at 10:15 pm on my drive to Montgomery. Employees... were hanging out the backdoor and told me they were closed. No 3rd time for me! Showed up at 10:54 pm to be told that they wereclosed. I pointed out that the sign said 11:00 pm, employee said "close enough, we are closing now unless you're Door Dash". Wow. I travel for my job and I will avoid this location, there are plenty of other places to grab a quick bite on the road.Whataburger was open right down the road, and **they** are DEFINITELY 5 stars!!!!! This was the first time I had visited this restaurant and I was very impressed with the atmosphere and the steak sandwich and... unique fries. For my drink, I chose a chocolate milk shake, which was very good and they have very different types of straws . Read more
I placed my order for a chicken sandwich... we don't have any Pattie's for that! I placed an order for a quarter pounder with... cheese...we don't have the Pattie's for that! So I asked what do you actually have? She said you can get a Big Mack! I paid anddrove to the pickup window ( there were NO LIGHTS on that side of the building) a guys hand sticks my drink out of the windowand never said a word! I said thank you and waited for my food... again the guy sticks his hand out of the window and neverspeaks! Being the only people party there, they said the did not have time to make a fresh pot of coffee or fries. Bathroom was clean,... but suds left on toilet seat and urinal. never in my 50+years have i ever truly had to realize that customer service is no more and our youth whom has no proper... education from the government system and no apprenticeship of when companies in their america still had pride in their productsand the opportunity to train the youth whom were less fortunate to pay to further their education yet also had opportunity tolearn about the moral foundation of customer service and products that use to last a lifetime and the value of the moneyearned?Great job greedy corporate world in spoiling the whole barrel and destruction of the moral soul and mind of ourchildren/grandchildren??remember action reaction power and responsibility and most importantly accountability of all of you whomare responsible???????????????????????????????????? Love this place the food is delicious and service has always been good
