Complete horrible customer service, if I could give no stars I would. I placed an order today around 1 pm for the $5 your-way... meal and asked for onion rings instead of fries in the drive-thru but they gave me fries. I went inside the dining area andexplained to the cashier my order and that I wanted onion rings instead of fries. She told me that I was charged for fries andcouldn't exchange it and pushed my bag back to me like that was it. I told her that I wanted onion rings, it was the only reasonI even went to Burger King in the first place. She called the manager who looked upset because she had to retake my order so Icould get on in rings. The manager never looked at me and didn't even try to speak to me at all just very unprofessional. At onepoint an order was given out the drive-thru window accidentally to a customer which they still ended up giving to the correctcustomer after getting it back from the wrong one. At the time I thought it was my order and asked that they remake my orderbecause I did not want that order, with covid, the flu, and just germs, in general going around I don't want to take anychances. The dining room cashier told me with an attitude, "that was not your order we know what we are doing." I asked for myreceipt cause I didn't get one in the drive-thru or the dining area after placing my order. The cashier said the receipt machinewas not working but eventually after asking a few times the lady printed it out and gave it to me. They needed to work on theircustomer service skill. Sadly, I was so offended that I had to come on google to write this because the printout receipt didhave a number to call and report it. Now I understand why they weren't handing out receipts. It sucked! I did a pre-order in the app, paid it, went to pick up and had to go through a lot of mud understanding of drinks! By... the time I got drinks my meal was cold and not too mention the jalapeno bites were hard on one side, like it was sitting toolong on the hot table. I will not go here again! Is getting hard to find a good restaurant to eat at these days when you're in ahurry and don't have time to cook dinner at home. Read more
Ordered 2 nuggets & dbl whopper extra, extra onions. Got to pay window $4.?? Nope. Left off burger. Told order again including... extra, extra onions. Paid. Checked receipt. All down. And $0.30 for heavy onion!! Oh well. Got home 25 minutes after time ofreceipt (7 minute drive) Opened burger, not the first piece of onion. So I paid $0.30 for no onions. We ordered burgers your way. My total bill was $17.13 I got two mini burgers with nothing but sausage onion ring and fries and... drink. These were smaller than junior whopper. At $8. I enjoy, and prefer giving good reviews, however after much time and repeatedly having bad experiences I decided to give this... review. Opelouas's BK staff are very rude, if your order is made incorrect the staff talks and treats you as if you are aproblem. Don't be surprised to see a fly or few while you wait for your food. Burgers are commonly made sloppy. Large ordersare often places in two small bags total, 1 bag for 6+ burgers, 1 bag for 4+ fries resulting in mostly smashed food. I wouldadvice you to visit a BK in another town, I have experienced lots of new staff members giving the same poor service. Read more
This place is the worst. I have to repeat my order in the drive-thru no fewer than 3 times. My order is never right. The... previous order I placed was a value meal. They gave me a small drink. I asked about it and they said they were out of Mediums sothe manager told them to give smalls. I asked if I was charged less, they stared at me. This last order, and it is my last, theygot 2/3 wrong. Ordered a hamburger kids meal, plain. Got a cheeseburger kids meal that was plain. That?s not too bad. But I alsoordered a double cheeseburger value meal with cheese and mayonnaise only. I looked through the bags they gave me (3, including 2kids meals bag when I only ordered 1). The lady at the window asked what I was looking for. I said the double cheeseburger. Shetold me it was in one of the kids meal bags. I told her that I had ordered a value meal which has a larger fry than the kidsmeal. She told me that was what came with it (despite giving me a medium drink). I asked her again, the kids size fry is whatcomes with a value meal? She said yes. Told me they rang it up right and that it was fine. It was not. I have never gotten akids fry with a value meal. The lady at the window (possibly the manager) was very dismissive. I got home and I didn?t even geta double cheeseburger. Got a kids burger with mustard, ketchup, and pickles. They don?t give receipts, so I have no idea whatthey charged me. I tried to call and they didn?t answer. I truly think they are ripping people off. I love BK, but will never goto this one again.
