The delivery times are so long that I?ve completely given up on this store.
I have ordered from here for years. For some reason the last pizza I ordered was so greasy that it is way to soggy to eat. The... grease is actually on the outside of the box and got on my Cadillac seats. I'm not happy. I contacted them for a refund, andthey have ignored me for two days now . I know that they got my email but chose to ignore it, so here's to ignoring me, I'lltell everyone that reads this instead. This is unacceptable. I will never order here again. Look at the bottom box how greasycompared to the other boxes. I think I should get a refund. That's so gross... So don't order unless you want grease on yournice car seats and no refund when it's obviously not fit for human consumption. Read more

Ordered two pizzas and the first one was wrong. I live in church point, got all the way home and saw my pizza had only tomatoes... and spinach on it. Called the store and told them, I was told I had to bring the pizza back because Trey had to see it. I calledback , asking to speak to a manager and offering to send a picture and trey said the he will give store credit, before I couldask any questions Trey hung up on me. I ordered a Large Meatzzzaa (sp) and an Italian Pasta online. I received a text informing me that my order was ready. When I... arrived the worker told me that they couldn?t find my pizza, but the pasta was ready. The manager apologized and told asked meif I wanted anything else to accommodate the mistake. I told him a cookie. He asked me to wait 10 minutes. I waited in my carfor 10 minutes, walked back inside, amd he told me that the pizza had garlic crust (special instructions stated ?No GarlicCrust?). He asked me to wait 10 more minutes so I asked for a fresh pasta. I waited the specified time, walked back in andrealized that the pizza was a Medium. I told them to keep the order and I walked out.
