I used to love the convenient, fast and affordable pizza options of Little Caesar's. However a cheap mediocre pizza will cost... you over an hour of wait time. I have gone more than once recently and was told to park for a 5-10 minute wait. With two kidsand a busy schedule, I decided to risk it for the convenience. An hour later, I called the store from the parking lot and wastold it would only be another 5 minutes. I got my pizza twenty minutes and two crying kids later. I hoped it was a fluke,returned a month later, and had a repeat of this exact incident. On our monthly pizza day the next month, I ordered pickupthrough an app. Two hours later, my husband went to pick up the pizza; only one of the items was ready. No longer worth the waitdespite the price. I'll find a good frozen option instead for next time. Read more

I placed my order for 3 extra mostest pizzas at the drive thru window. Paid for my order and was asked to pull forward. I have... been waiting over 30 minutes while others that came after me were served. 2 people came out at different times and asked what Iordered. I am still in the parking lot waiting! LC why would you not call someone that you didn?t have ingredients to make an order they place instead wait 45 min til they get... there to be like oh we don?t have the ingredients needed to make pizza? then can?t even refund order because store manager isrequired and they aren?t there. Read more

Ordered food online at 730 pm. Arrived for 8pm and went through the drive thru & was told my Order wasnt ready and proceeded to... sit in the parking lot for 30 mins. I tried calling 4x. Someone answered the 2nd call and hung up on me when I explained theissue, i called back 2 more times and my calls were ignored.
