We ordered a medium meat lovers pizza. I asked them to double the meat and add peppers. When we picked up our order it was a... pizza that barely had meat on it. Called the store and the manager and general manager (so they claimed) were very rude. I paidfor the extra toppings and didn?t get them. We live in the next town over and they wanted us to stop the kids from eating andbring the pizza back to them approximately 15 miles away. We tried to communicate that we couldn?t just stop feeding our kids toreturn a pizza that they had already started eating. All we wanted was understanding that an error was made and maybe a storecredit for that extra toppings that we paid for. Instead we got a rude and ghetto so-called manager who has no understanding ofwhat customer service is. Pizza Hut needs to train their employees a lot better. I placed my order through the app then went back and added to that order. When I arrived the young lady greeted me and asked the... name for the order. The young man taking the pizzas from the oven kindly interrupted and told her that he had noticed there wasa second order that he was boxing before I could mention it. I have been ordering pizza here for a long time. But this last pizza i got was nasty, so greasy the hole pizza was soaked in... grease.
