We ordered a medium meat lovers pizza. I asked them to double the meat and add peppers. When we picked up our order it was a... pizza that barely had meat on it. Called the store and the manager and general manager (so they claimed) were very rude. I paidfor the extra toppings and didn?t get them. We live in the next town over and they wanted us to stop the kids from eating andbring the pizza back to them approximately 15 miles away. We tried to communicate that we couldn?t just stop feeding our kids toreturn a pizza that they had already started eating. All we wanted was understanding that an error was made and maybe a storecredit for that extra toppings that we paid for. Instead we got a rude and ghetto so-called manager who has no understanding ofwhat customer service is. Pizza Hut needs to train their employees a lot better. Pizza Hut is officially off of our weekendtreat restaurants. BTY we also ordered a large super supreme pizza. Read more
I placed my order through the app then went back and added to that order. When I arrived the young lady greeted me and asked the... name for the order. The young man taking the pizzas from the oven kindly interrupted and told her that he had noticed there wasa second order that he was boxing before I could mention it. I was very pleased with their professionalism for such youngpeople. They appeared to be enjoying their jobs. Read more
I have been ordering pizza here for a long time. But this last pizza i got was nasty, so greasy the hole pizza was soaked in... grease. Stopped to get more pizza to take home. Was good, but, we walked in paid and told the guy we were right outside, to let us know... when it was finished. We waited till it was about forty five minutes later! Went in to find out what the hold up was, theyforgot that we were waiting! Read more
Very good product, in particular the promotional Detroit-style pizza we got recently. The only thing is that the prices are... high, however this has been the case with most pizza places for a long time now. Chicken wings were big, plump and cookedthrough. Sauce choices can be confusing - I've had to get a couple types because it wasn't clear per the employee which one waslike the standard Frank's type sauce. I need to revisit their pasta because it's been years. But yes ... the employees arefriendly and their food is hot and tasty. Read more
Although my account can?t be accessed anymore and I lost ALL my points, this Pizza Hut is usually very good. I had ordered two... large pizzas, wings, and a cookie. I wasn?t able to get the wings. Idk what happened but they were super busy so I understand.The manager said she refunded my money for the wings and gave me a $15 credit for my long wait. I appreciate that.
